Auxiliary/Volunteers

Volunteer opportunities for all ages are available through the Greene County Medical Center Auxiliary, a group which has served the medical center, its patients, visitors and staff for over 50 years.

Volunteering makes each one of us feel better about ourselves. Doing something for others — with others. When you are a member of the Greene County Medical Center Auxiliary you are working with those, like you, who want to reach out and help others. It’s a positive and fun experience.

The Auxiliary has donated more than $600,000 to Greene County Medical Center in the last 50 years. It’s astounding to review all that we’ve done. We’ve made significant donations of equipment, furnishings and materials. We award annual scholarships, and provide numerous help to many departments and clinics in the medical center. We indeed reach out to many.
