Allergies, Ear Aches, Kids and More
by Greene County Medical Center - February 22, 2016
February is Kids ENT Health Month. According to the Academy of Otolaryngology (that's a fancy word for Ear, Nose and Throat medicine), "national health statistics reveal that pediatric ear, nose and throat disorders remain among the primary reasons children visit a physician, with ear infections ranking as the number one reason for an appointment. From ear aches to choking hazards, kids can suffer from a variety of ailments that require prompt diagnosis and treatment."

Does your child suffer from:
Ear
- Ear ache/infection
- Swimmer's ear
- Ringing in the ears
- Hearing loss
- Dizziness/balance problems
Nose
- Asthma
- Nose allergies
- Nose bleeds
- Chronic sinusitis
- Sinus infections
Throat
- Tonsillitis
- Tonsil/adenoid infection
- Chronic hoarseness of voice/sore throat
Make an appointment with Greene County Medical Center's visiting ENT specialist Dr. Tracey Wellendorf, so your child doesn't suffer through the aches and pains of childhood.
