The trees, wreaths and other holiday décor now on display in the main lobby at Greene County Medical Center are part of the Auxiliary’s “Holiday of Lights” silent auction.

The public is invited to view the wonderful display now through December 10, when the silent auction ends at 4 p.m.

The event is unique in that the Auxiliary provides medical center departments, local organizations and individuals a tree or wreath to decorate.  The decorated items are then donated back to the Auxiliary for the event.  In all, nearly 45 trees, wreaths and other holiday décor will be on display and up for auction.  The event is a festive way for community members to get into the holiday spirit and support the Auxiliary.

The Auxiliary will end their 2018 fundraising efforts with their annual homemade holiday candy sale on Thursday, December 20, just in time for holiday gatherings.  Plates of candies and other holiday goodies will be available for sale in the main lobby starting at 7 a.m. until all items are gone.
