Greene County Public Health Offering 300 Johnson & Johnson Vaccines

Greene County Public Health is offering the COVID-19 Johnson & Johnson vaccine on Tuesday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday, April 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Greene County Public Health office at Greene County Medical Center. Appointments are required. Everyone 18 years old and above are eligible for this clinic. There are 300 vaccines available during these two days of appointments.

Please bring a completed registration form and your insurance card to your appointment. Registration forms can be found online at www.gcmchealth.com/covid-19/vaccine. If you are not able to print and fill out a form before your appointment, you can fill one out during the appointment.
