Greene County Public Health Offering 300 Johnson & Johnson Vaccines

Greene County Public Health is offering the COVID-19 Johnson & Johnson vaccine on Tuesday, April 13 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Wednesday, April 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Greene County Public Health office at Greene County Medical Center. Appointments are required. Everyone 18 years old and above are eligible for this clinic. There are 300 vaccines available during these two days of appointments.

To sign up for an appointment, visit https://hipaa.jotform.com/210254625890152. If you do not have computer or internet access, please call Public Health at 515-386-0564. Please bring a completed registration form and your insurance card to your appointment. Registration forms can be found online at www.gcmchealth.com/covid-19/vaccine. If you are not able to print and fill out a form before your appointment, you can fill one out during the appointment.

Greene County Public Health provides vaccinations based on the availability of whichever brand of vaccine is allotted to them. They encourage everyone to get vaccinated with any brand of COVID-19 vaccine that is available to protect yourself, your families and our community
