Lori Herrick, emergency department (ED) manager, was chosen as 2014 Employee of the Year at a special employee recognition celebration on January 29 at Greene County Medical Center.  The recognition celebration honored all Employee of the Year nominees, as well as all employees with 5-year milestone anniversaries.

The medical center offers all employees the opportunity to nominate co-workers for this yearly award.  Herrick was described as “striving for excellence in everything she does, and taking ownership for the ED and the care that is provided there.”  Nomination papers for Herrick stated, “Lori takes pride in her work and encourages others to do the same.  Lori exemplifies our message, Always Here, Always Caring.”
