Greene County Medical Center has recently brought on Morgan Flaherty, ARNP, as part of its Occupational Medicine Clinic.

Occupational medicine serves employers and their employees through tests and screenings; on-site education and safety management; employee immunizations; workers compensation injury care; and overall workplace health improvement recommendations.

The medical center’s Occupational Medicine clinic opened in 2013.  Currently it is staffed by Deb Wolterman, RN, who has been working with area employers and employees since 2015.  Flaherty will be able to offer an additional level of services.  Flaherty stated, “I am excited to start at the medical center and be able to work with companies and employees of Jefferson and the surrounding communities.”

Originally from Pocahontas, Iowa, Flaherty obtained her RN from Iowa Lakes Community College in Emmetsburg, and her masters from Graceland University in Lamoni.  A resident of Fort Dodge, Flaherty has two girls, ages 4 and 8.  She enjoys time with her girls, outdoor activities and watching sports.
