New Patient Experience Satisfaction Survey Coming to Greene County Medical Center January 1.

On January 1, 2022 Greene County Medical Center will go into partnership with a patient survey vendor called NRC Health (replacing Press Ganey). NRC Health offers real-time patient feedback in a user-friendly format, delivering a comprehensive analysis with much simplicity. The transition to NRC will make it easier by providing patients a shorter and simpler survey. It will also give leaders a more efficient way to understand patient feedback in a timelier manner.

“We believe in continually improving our patient experience. One of the ways that we are doing this is by asking patients to tell us their care story so we can enhance the way that we provide care and continue to be Always Here, Always Caring,” said Ann Erickson, Director of Quality Management and Patient Experience. “This switch will allow patients an easier way to give us their feedback which is necessary to continuously improve and provide the highest quality care our patients deserve.”

The transition to NRC Health will begin on January 1, 2022. Anyone who receives care starting January 1, 2022, will receive a simple and quick survey from NRC Health. Following your appointment you will receive an email notification prompting a response to this simple survey. After 24 hours if there is no response, another email notification will be send out. A third and final notification will go out via text message the following day if there is still no response. Patients will have 14 days to respond to the survey and will not receive another survey for the same provider, service or location for 90 days.
