LPN Acute- Acute Care

  • Full-Time Position (72 hrs/2wk pay period)
  • Benefits eligible, IPERS
  • 12 hour shifts, 7P-7A 3-12 hour shifts ,every 3rd weeknd/rotating holiday
  • Team Player with positive attitude
  • Previous med/surg experience preferred
  • Previous experience preferred, but willing to train
  • Required: IV certified, or willing to train
  • Willing to accept new graduates
  • EPIC  experience preferred but not required
  • Required : Valid State of Iowa LPN License
  •  

Pharmacy Tech Cert.

  • Full-time position (80 hrs/2- week pay period) FTE 1.0
  • Benefits Eligible
  • M-F 8A-4:30P (also option of 8A-4P)
  • Performs billing functions using the hospital software
  • Answers the phone in a professional manner and directs calls
  • Ensures appropriate and adequate medication inventory by restocking, rotating stock, removed expired medications, packaging medications, and ordering medications and supplies
  • Ensures proper medication storage
  • Performs restock functions for the automated medication dispensing machines
  • Performs other pharmacy-related duties as requested and required
  • Current certified pharmacy technician preferred but not required
  • Must become a certified pharmacy technician within 1 year of hire
  • Willingness to learn, honest strong work ethic
  • Great organizational skills and follow through
  • Must be a Team player
  • EPIC and Excel experience preferred but not required

 

Patient Care Tech- Family Medicine Clinic

  • Full-time position (80 hrs/2- week pay period) FTE 1.0
  • M-F 8:30-5pm (8hr shift)
  • Benefits Eligible
  • Specimen Collection for Point of Care testing
  • Responsible for maintaining specimen equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills needed
  • Professional patient Interactions
  • Will be responsible for completing clerical duties involving laboratory

Patient Access Rep.-Family Medicine Clinic

  • Full-time position (80 hrs/2- week pay period) FTE 1.0
  •   Monday-Friday
  •   Benefits eligible, IPERS
  •   Provides support with Daily Registration
  • Make, cancel and reschedule patient appointments
  •         Maintaining appointment schedules according to   Medical Center procedure.
  • Gather, Verify & Enter demographic and insurance information on new and established Patients
  •   Excellent Customer service skills required
  •   Hospital or Medical Clinic office experience preferred
  •   Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  •   Basic knowledge of health insurance preferred
  •   Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
  •   Basic Life support required
  •   EPIC experience preferred

 Remote Telehealth-LCSW-Family Medicine Clinic

  • Monday-Friday, clinic schedule
  • Full benefits package; IPERS
  • Dedicated social worker with an active unrestricted professional license as an LCSW to provide therapy
  • Will consider LMSW with experience providing individual therapy
  • Clinical Social Workers: LCSW, LICSW, LISW, LMSW, etc.
  • Majority of time will be clinically focused, w/ remainder focused on patient documentation & facility correspondence
  • Formulates, develops and implements comprehensive care and treatment plans
  • Preferred experience in Trauma
  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Mental Health diagnoses and therapeutic approaches
  • Sessions up to 45 mins. in length
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Required: Valid Iowa LMSW license
  • Provider must be fully licensed and does not require any supervision   

RN Acute Care

  • Full-time position (72 hours/2-week pay period)

  • Primarily ER shifts
  • Team Player with a positive attitude
  • Previous med/surg experience preferred
  • Previous ER experience preferred, but willing to train
  • EPIC experience preferred
  • Required: Valid State of Iowa RN  license   

  Rad Tech -Imaging

  • Full-time position (80 hours/2-week pay period)
  • Monday-Friday, call one/week, one Holiday/per year.
  • Must be proficient with computers.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to high-quality health care, while working with team members to improve efficiency.
  • Accountable and self-starter
  • Willingness to train in CT
  • One year experience preferred.
  • Required: CPR
  • Required: AART, Permit to Practice

  Rad Tech-Imaging 2 positions

  • Full-time position (72 hours/2-week pay period)
  • Benefits eligible.
  • Sun-Friday rotation, ( S,M,T and W,TH,F), alternating weekly 7P-7A 3-12hour shifts, on call one holiday/year
  • Must be proficient with computers.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to high-quality health care, while working with team members to improve efficiency.
  • Accountable and self-starter
  • Willingness to train in CT
  • One year experience preferred.

  • Required CPR

 Patient Access Representative- Patient Access

  • PRN position (8/10/12 hour shifts, can vary/ 2-week pay period)
  • Varied shifts
  • Provides support with daily activities of hospital business office
  • Will register patients in outpatient and emergency department
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Basic Life Support will train.
