  • PRN position
  • Shifts as needed, weekdays 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Genuine compassion for working with elderly and special needs populations required
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record and dependable transportation required

Food Service Worker

  • Full-time position (80 hours/2-week pay period)
  • Benefits eligible
  • 10:30 a.m. - 7 p.m., every other weekend
  • Rotating holidays
  • Duties will include washing dishes/equipment, food prep and delivering trays

  • Prepare patients and assist providers with minor surgical and medical procedures
  • State of Iowa RN license required

Director of Quality Management & Patient Experience

  • Will collaborate with clinical inpatient and outpatient departments as well as physicians to ensure effective performance and quality outcomes
  • Oversees all areas of quality including patient safety, service delivery, patient experience, practices consistent with current medical knowledge, customization of care processes and leading to success in all areas of HCAHPS
  • Directs and manages quality studies to meet regulatory requirements
  • Directs and manages infection prevention activities
  • Strong communication and organization skills required
  • Bachelor's degree, 2 years progressive quality management experience or a combination of education and experience required
  • Knowledge of case management, utilization review, care transitions preferred
  • State of Iowa RN license required

Care Manager RN - Quality Management

  • Full-time position (80 hours/2-week pay period)

  • Will provide leadership and promote positive communication with all caregivers
  • Demonstrate clinical leadership as a role model for other staff

  • BLS required
  • CT experience preferred, will train
  • Graduate from an accredited radiology tech program required
  • ARRT RT(R) required

Clinics RN - Chemotherapy

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Acute nursing experience required
  • Infusion experience required

Patient Access Clerk

  • Full-time position (80 hours/2-week pay period)

  • Will train and work all shifts
  • Provides support with daily activities of hospital business office
  • Will register patients in outpatient, emergency room and clinic areas
  • Excellent customer service skills required
  • Hospital or medical clinic office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred
  • Basic Life Support and Notary Public required, will train
