Dr. Tracey Wellendorf
Dr. Wellendorf graduated from Creighton University with a Bacholor of Science degree in Chemistry. He received his medical degree at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. During his time at the University of Iowa, he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his internship in general surgery and his residency in otolaryngology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Dr. Wellendorf is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head & Neck Surgery.
Dr. Wellendorf is one of the first in the area to do procedures such as balloon sinoplasty and coblation tonsillectomies.
Diana Smith, ARNP
Diana studied nursing at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She completed her Masters of Nursing degree at the University of Cincinnati. Diana specializes in adult & pediatric ENT, as well as cosmetic & skin care.
Amber Burgin, ARNP
Amber graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Grandview University. She graduated from Creighton University with her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Family Nurse Practitioner. Her scope of practice encompasses specialization in ENT-centered healthcare for all ages.
Elisha Hardy, ARNP
Elisha graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Creighton University. She graduated with honors from Clarkson College with her Master of Science in Nursing and a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner. Her scope of practice includes a specialization in ENT practice for the whole family.
Schedule & Appointments
Dr. Wellendorf is here the first Thursday of each month for clinic hours and surgical procedures. Diana Smith, ARNP, is here the second Wednesday of each month for clinic hours. Appointments can be made by calling Dr. Wellendorf's Carroll office at 712-792-4368 or 888-339-4368.
