The Greene County Medical Center Extended Care program brings together a compassionate and
dedicated team of healthcare professionals who work with families in planning and carrying out
individualized care for those unable to return to a previous living arrangement. The private-pay, patient-centered program provides a more permanent, nurse-assisted living option in a warm environment. The level of nursing assistance provided to patients in the Extended Care program does not fall under the guidelines for coverage by long-term care insurance plans or Medicaid.

More than just a physical structure, Ever Greene Ridge is an independent living community for those age 55 years and better. It offers a lifestyle designed to make life easier, safer and convenient.
The facilities and services are a benefit to the residents in as much as it allows the residents to maintain their freedom from maintenance such as snow removal and building upkeep, both provided by capable staff members in a timely manner.
The individual units provide privacy in a home-like setting and yet common areas are available for social activities such as meals, entertainment areas and group activities.

Lifeline personal emergency response system units bring peace of mind to individuals and families in the Greene County Medical Center service area. The medical center teams with Philips Lifeline Medical Alert Service to offer this service.
Lifeline is an easy-to-use medical alert service designed to reduce the risk of living alone. In the event of a fall or emergency, help is available at the push of a button. The Lifeline personal help button connects you to a trained personal response associate who can send help quickly - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
