Respiratory Clinic:
Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The Respiratory Clinic provides a care option for patients who are sick with suspected COVID-19 or other acute respiratory illnesses, such as laryngitis, bronchitis, pneumonia, the flu or strep throat.
Virtual Care:
The clinic offers a virtual care option to patients for non-urgent health concerns.
Call the clinic to get a virtual care appointment scheduled. Instructions for the virtual care appointment will be given to the patient after it is scheduled.

Thomas Fagg, DO
Family Medicine
Dr. Fagg completed his medical education at the University of Osteopathic Medicine in Des Moines and received his undergraduate from Iowa State University.
His medical interests include family medicine, internal medicine, geriatric medicine, urgent and walk-in care, disease prevention, general pediatrics and emergency medicine.

Laurie Connolly, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Connolly completed her medical education at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine in Iowa City.
Her medical interests include abuse (physical, emotional and sexual), acute care, adolescents, adult medicine and wellness. She is board certified with the American Board of Family Practice.

Sara Fleecs, ARNP
Family Medicine
Sara completed her undergraduate education at Grand View University before earning her graduate degree from Briar Cliff University.
Sara's clinical interests include family medicine. She is board certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP)

Diana Smith, ARNP
Family Medicine
Diana completed her undergraduate degree at St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and her Master's degree at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Diana's clinical interests include pediatric care and dermatology. She is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Julie Nielsen, ARNP
Family Medicine
Julie completed her undergraduate degree at University of the State of New York, received her master’s degree in nursing from Excelsior College and her FNP-C from Bradley University.
Julie's clinical interests include family medicine. She is board certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).

Mary Pedersen, ARNP
Family Medicine
Mary completed her undergraduate degree at Central College in Pella, IA before going on to get her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, IA where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. After graduation she continued working as a Registered Nurse in pediatrics at MercyOne Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. In 2021 she obtained a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Clarkson College in Omaha, Nebraska.
Mary's clinical interests include pediatrics, adolescent wellness, adolescent medicine, and family medicine. She is board certified as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).
