MyChart is a secure patient website that allows you to conveniently manage your personal health online. Because MyChart is web-based, you can log in at any time, any place.
What does MyChart allow me to do?
Once your account is set up, you'll be able to:
- Communicate securely with your health care team
- Request appointments
- View lab results
- View visit notes and summaries
- Review your medical record
- Renew prescriptions
- Pay your bill
Who can participate?
All Greene County Medical Center patients 18 and older are invited to use the MyChart website.
Registered users can also have online access to medical information for their children or someone else in their care who has impaired decision-making abilities by filling out a proxy request.
How do I sign up?
You will be given a MyChart activation code during your visit. This code will enable you to log in and create your own user name and password. You sign up by going to MyChart and entering your activation code. This activation code is good for 30 days in the event that you did not complete registration during your visit.
Or, if you were not issued an activation code, you may request one by going to MyChart, selecting "sign up now" and clicking "contact us to register." You will receive your activation code and information about how to complete registration within three business days.
